EM5060 Low voltage CMOS driver circuit for motor, bus and LED driver
The EM5060 (previously named H5060) is a low power integrated circuit in HCMOS Silicon Gate Technology designed to drive bipolar or unipolar stepping motors. This device contains four identical and independent non-inverting circuits which can be connected by metal mask programming so as to obtain two identical non-inverting
circuits with a lower resistance output. Each buffer is driven by a special cell which dephases the P and N transistor signal input, for a minimization of the transversal transition current. A tristate input HIZ, with internal pulldown resistor provides the high impedance state of the four outputs.

V6118 2, 4 and 8 Mux LCD Driver
The V6118 is a universal low multiplex LCD driver. The version V6118 V2 drives two ways multiplex (two blackplanes) LCD, the version V6118 V4, four way multiplex LCD, and the V6118 V8, eight way multiplex LCD. The display refresh is handled on chip via a 40x8bit RAM which holds the LCD content driven by the driver. LCD pixels (or segments) are addressed on a one-to-one basis with the 40x8bit RAM (a set bit corresponds to an activated LCD pixel). The V6118 has very low dynamic current consumption, 150mA (max), making it particularly attractive for portable and battery powered applications. The wide operating range on both the logic (VDD) and the LCD (VLCD) supply voltages offers greater application flexibility. The LCD bias generation is internal. The voltage bias levels can also be provided externally for applications having large pixels sizes. The V6118 can be used as a column-only driver for cascading in large display applications.
In the column-only mode, 40 column outputs available to address the display. A BLANK function is provided to blank the LCD, useful at power-up to hold the display blank until the microprocessor has updated the display RAM.

EM6121 26, 18, 10 & 2 MUX LCD Controller and Driver with embedded ROM and RAM Character Generator
EM6121 is a controller and driver for character monochrome TN and STN LCD displays. The driving capability is 26 rows x 80 columns (3x16, 2x24 or 1x48 rows of 16 characters + 160 icons) addressed by I2C or 3-wire interface. The chip includes a character generator CGROM of 240 characters and CGRAM of 16 characters. VLCD internally generated up to 9.35V without external components or capacitors.

The EM6126 is an ultra-low power bit map controller and driver for full dot matrix monochrome STN LCD displays. The driving capability is 81 rows x 102 columns or 65 rows x 118 columns addressed by I2C or 3-wire interface. VLCD is internally generated up to 11V without external components.
