EEM.com, the Electronic Products' Buyers' Guide, is an online resource to FIND, EVALUATE and LOCATE authorized distributors of electronic components. The searches performed on EEM.com will take you to Manufacturers and their products, Distributor inventories, FREE access to Product Information Pages (PIPs) on millions of parts, Articles about new products and technologies, and updated Manufacturer catalogs.

• A Comprehensive Search tool is the general purpose Home Page search default for the site. You can enter Product name, Part Number, Manufacturer, Distributor or any term which might be on an advertiser's Product Information Page(s). Results obtained can then be further filtered for specific information.
• The Product Search finds all products which starts with, or contains, the category you choose. Once located you can then search deeper into the specific product of choice and locate related manufacturers and detailed information.
• The Inventory Search feature of EEM identifies all parts you enter that starts with, or contains, the P/N you desire. "Begins With" or "Contains" is selectable once the P/N is entered by clicking on the choice. Complete inventory (manufacturer, quantity on hand, inventory date, authorized distributor, or Buy Now/RFQ) can be determined.
• The Manufacturer Search locates manufacturer(s) which contain the name you select. Once chosen, the details found on that manufacturer are address, web site, telephone/fax numbers and e-mail contact. Also if the manufacturer has PIPs on EEM.com you will find the details and links. Related products and links are listed. Related articles from manufacturer and reference designs are provided if available.
• The Distributor Search locates distributor(s) which contain the name you select. Once chosen, details are provided on distributor address, web-site, telephone/Fax number and e-mail contact. Related Articles and reference design are provided if available. Listed also are associated manufacturers which list the distributor as an authorized supply source.
• The Product Information Pages (PIPs) Search locates all advertiser data pages that list the word that you enter into the PIP search box. Many pages also contain hyperlinks for additional details from the advertiser's site.
• Application Reference Materials (ARMs) (http://arm.eem.com), a supplement to EEM and Electronic Products, is a product/literature source of selectable reference materials, application notes, and design kits offered by manufacturers and distributors.

The Hearst Electronics Group eNewsletter is sent out to users of EEM, ICMaster and Electronic Products. The newsletter provides information about specific technologies or product areas.
